About Us

GLM Engineering Consultants is a comprehensive Land Surveying/Civil Engineering firm with numerous years of experience in site and roadway design and development. Projects range from topographic survey and title insurance plans to commercial and residential site development. GLM employs the professionals and technical staff with expertise in each area needed to develop a project from site investigation to schematic design, to approved design and final construction. Each project is lead by a project manager in charge of overall responsibility of ensuring that each phase of a project complies with the clients' criteria and the demands of the approving authorities. 

 

Today every project under consideration raises essential questions about land usage, environmental impact and responsibility to the community. The answers to these questions demand more than creative engineering and design solutions. Experience and familiarity with the complex and continually changing governmental environment is a critical and necessary requirement for any successful project. We use the most recent technological equipment for survey and design. The equipment has proven itself repeatedly in the efficiency of the use of time as well as accuracy. GLM makes use of AutoCAD Land Development Desktop software for design and drafting.
